Volunteer opportunities

For students:  

• Ticketing for other concerts throughout the year

• Are you an artist and/or skilled at graphic design? Program art is needed for events

For parents: 

• September: Boot Camp - No cooking - setting the line, serving and clean up. 

• February: UW Festival -Chaperones this trip- a day of music and fun! 

Please note chaperones must complete volunteer background check (this must be done each year). You can complete this in the summer and be set for the new year! Check HERE for the application link.

• February: Swingin' in Vienna - help is needed as coordinators as well as help setting up. A sign up will go out after winter break. If you are interested in being a coordinator/shadow coordinator- please let the director know as soon as you are thinking of this!

• June: Recording - there are three nights to get dinner to the orchestra. No cooking is involved, just help to get the line set, serving and cleanup.
